Policies

We accept all major credit and debit cards for roundtrip customers. Local customers are limited to major credit card only.

Cash is accepted as payment upon return ONLY.

Checks and prepaid cards are not accepted.

Pay on Arrival Deposit Policies:

Credit Card: Secure deposit for 200 USD plus the estimated rental charges. Always reconfirm return date/time.

Debit Card: Confirm round trip flight itinerary. Secure deposit for estimated rental charges plus $200 deposit. Always reconfirm return date/time.

Prepaid Vouchers Deposit Policies:

Credit Card - Out of State $200 plus the cost of rental.

Debit Card: Secure $200.00 deposit only if no added services. Take payment for additional services – LDW, upsell, PPG, etc + $200 deposit. Confirm round trip flight itinerary.

Renters that do not return their vehicles within operating hours will need to return their vehicle with Fine Parking at 5950 N Jackson Gap Way, Aurora, CO 80019. Ask for the Valet Service and let them know you are returning a vehicle for ACE Rent A Car. The Renter will be responsible for sending an email to customerservice.den@xomglobal.com to inform our staff that the vehicle has been dropped off after hours.

Important: Failure to inform our staff via email at customerservice.den@xomglobal.com may result in additional rental charges. The rental contract will remain open until the vehicle is picked up. Therefore, the Renter will remain responsible for the vehicle until ACE Rent A Car takes possession. A service fee of 25 USD + tax will be applied form your deposit after the vehicle has been picked up.

Renters must present a valid driver's license and a major credit card at the time of rental. International renters must present a valid driver's license as well as a valid passport. Proof of FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE (collision and liability) that will transfer to the Rental Unit MUST be provided at the time of rent. Otherwise, Renter MUST purchase Collision Coverage at the time of Rental.

Vehicles must be returned with the same level of fuel as they had at the pick-up time in order to avoid a refueling surcharge. The fee is 8.99 USD per gallon needed.

ACE has initiated an enhanced inspection process to ensure a pleasant rental experience for all. Each vehicle will be confirmed as smoke free when it is provided to a customer. Upon its return, it will be inspected. If

the rental vehicle is not returned in a reasonably clean condition or if you violate the no pet or smoking policy, you may be charged 350.00 USD or more for cleaning fees, plus any interior repairs that are needed as a result of a policy violation.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Vehicles are held up to 4 hours past the arrival time on your reservation during operating hours. When flight details are provided, we will hold the vehicle for up to 4 hours after flight arrival.

After the 4 hour window, you will be considered a no-show and we may or may not be able to honor your reservation, depending upon availability.

Vehicles are restricted to Colorado.

Local customers are limited to major credit card only. Debit cards not allowed. A refundable security deposit of 400 USD will be held in addition to the estimated total price at the time of rent.

Minimum age to rent is 21. Underage fees apply to drivers between the ages of 21 and 24. The underage fee is 25 USD per day.

Additional drivers must present a valid drivers license at the time of rent. The Additional Driver fee is 11 USD per day. Spouses are included for free.
