Kingman only has normal office hours ... certainly not after 19:00 hrs, you can of course return a car at anytime at Kingman using the key drop box facility but not collect.

I wanted McCarran Airport, thats where we will fly out of. We are planning to take the train from Chicago and it gets to Kingman at 11:30 pm. We will then go to Las Vegas, spend time there and fly back home.
