Insurance coverage & full cover Insurance:
Your rental does not include Theft or Damage cover. This is a standard requirement when renting a vehicle, otherwise you can be held liable for the full value of the vehicle in case of damage or theft. Please obtain a letter of proof from your credit card provider that this cover is included on your card and extends to the country of rental. LDW cover can be purchased directly at the rental desk. Please note that you will be required to leave a deposit at the start of your rental. Subject to your residency you may be offered additional insurance during the online booking process. At STEP3 during the online booking process after choosing your car model you may be offered extra comprehensive insurance with our insurance partner AXA.This is the most comprehensive and cost effective insurance available.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
