Geographical Restrictions / Travel Limitations:
In an effort to control excess mileage and wear and tear to our Payless fleet, Payless has instituted a Geographical Restriction / Mileage Limitation policy. Use of the vehicle will be restricted to the state in which it was rented and the adjacent bordering states only. Violations of these restrictions will result in a mileage charge of 50 cents per mile for each mile driven during the duration of the rental.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Please note that customers intending to travel across country/state borders or to different islands within the same country should contact the Rental Company directly prior to pick up to advise of their travel plans.
